Materiality Matrix

We have conducted a comprehensive Materiality Assessment at MITS Global Consulting Pvt. Ltd. to identify the ESG issues most relevant to our business operations and stakeholders. This assessment involved engaging internal teams and analyzing industry trends, client expectations, and global sustainability frameworks. The process helped us map key topics such as labour and human rights, employee development, data privacy and security, DEI, etc. based on their significance to stakeholders and their potential influence on MITS’s long-term success. The resulting Materiality Matrix serves as a strategic tool to guide our ESG focus areas, reporting priorities, and continuous improvement efforts.
